TU Dublin + Denver achieved a podium finish at the ASC Region 6/7 Competition

An international team from TU Dublin and the University of Denver made their debut at the Associated Schools of Construction Region 6/7 competition in Reno, Nevada, as the first collaborative team of its kind. Comprising students Jessica Tallon, Ryan Burgess, Mark Webster, Josie Kennedy, Evan Katopodis, and Ashley Cullen, with coaches Sonya Meekel, Daniel Trujillo, and Eric Holt, the team faced a 24-hour challenge to solve real industry problems, culminating in a presentation and Q&A session with an industry panel.
Achieving third place in the Project Management division, sponsored by DPR Construction, the team became the first undergraduate group from Denver University to secure a podium finish, competing against 16 other teams. This accomplishment was supported by industry sponsors Flynn and Structure Tone. Special thanks were given to Daniel Trujillo and Eric Holt for enabling this partnership and collaboration.
