Assessment Panel

We extend our gratitude to the Design Build Panel, consisting of Gillian Smith of Atkins Realis, Nia Williams of LJMU Estate Development Energy Manager, Mark Davies of K2 Architects, and Branton Matthew LJMU Estate Development Project Manager, for their dedication and expertise in assessing the competition.

Construction Management and Estimating Track
In the Construction Management and Estimating Track, we celebrate the exceptional achievements of Auburn University, who emerged as the winner in both the Open Track and the CM&QS Track, sharing the latter victory with Birmingham City University. Congratulations are also due to TU Dublin and Boise State University for securing second place, and to Cal Poly and Czech Technical University for placing third. This category showcased the strategic thinking and technical skills critical to the future of construction management and estimating.
We thank the panel members Nuno Mariano of Vinci Building, Mark Woodward of Gleeds, Simon Humphreys of Starship Group, and William Bradfield of Mott MacDonald for their invaluable contribution to the competition.
