We are thrilled to announce that ASC Region 8 academics have garnered significant recognition at the 60th Annual ASC International Conference 2024 in Auburn. Dr. Sonya Meekel from TU Dublin, newly appointed as Region 8 Director, received both the Regional and International Outstanding Educator Awards. Dr. Onur Dursun and Dr. Mohammed Qabshoqa from Liverpool John Moores University won the Best Proceedings Award for their research on virtual reality in built environment education. Additionally, Dr. John J. Posillico secured second place in the same category for his study on professional development skills in construction management. LJMU + Auburn Teams Secured First and Third Places at ASC Region 5 Competition
