2. Portal – Trinity College Dublin

The Portal Project at Trinity College Dublin, developed by Flynn, involves the transformation of two historic bonded warehouses into a modern Innovation Hub. Located on Grand Canal Quay, this facility is part of the larger Trinity East campus regeneration, designed to foster collaboration between researchers, entrepreneurs, and the community. The project emphasizes sustainability, urban integration, and the adaptive reuse of heritage structures.
