The ASC Region 8 2024 Student Competition itinerary has now been published, and here are some key details:
- 6 November at 17:00: The event begins with a welcome reception at TU Dublin, Bolton Street Campus, offering tea, coffee, and finger food. This will be followed by a competition briefing and the drawing of presentation slots for 8 November.
- 7 November: A busy day starting at 08:00 with coffee and briefing, followed by the release of competition tasks at 09:00, and team lockdown until proposal and presentation submissions are due by 17:00 and 20:00 respectively.
- 8 November at 09:00: Panel presentations will take place, showcasing each team’s work. The event concludes at 16:00 with the awards ceremony and after-competition refreshments.
Additional Events:
- On 7 November, coaches and attendees (except students) are invited to a Dublin Heritage Walking Tour (time TBC). If interested, please contact Jimi Johnston at Jimi.johnston@tudublin.ie to reserve your place.
- A Procore Presentation will take place at 15:00, and the Region 8 Meeting at 16:00—both open to all coaches and attendees.
