Your registration consists of two steps:
- Payment of registration fees.
- Completion of the registration forms.
1. Registration Fees
ASC Region 8 teams, as well as any joint teams comprising participants from Region 8, will be subject to a registration fee of 100 Euros. This fee has been thoughtfully set to facilitate the involvement of local teams and encourage collaboration within the region.
In contrast, teams falling under the open category, which encompasses participants without any Region 8 involvement, will be required to pay a slightly higher registration fee of 150 Euros. This fee structure has been designed to reflect the broader scope of participation and to ensure the inclusivity of teams joining us from various regions and backgrounds.
We believe that this tiered approach to registration fees strikes a fair balance, accommodating both regional teams and those from further afield, fostering a diverse and enriching competition environment for all participants.
We promote the online payment option through the ASC website. Emphasizing this choice not only aligns with contemporary convenience and security standards but also underscores our commitment to providing a seamless and efficient experience for our stakeholders.
IMPORTANT: When filling out the online payment form, we kindly request that, under the TEAM option, you make use of the OTHER field. In the ‘Other’ box, we require registering teams to type in one of the following options:
- Region 8 CM/QS team (CM/QS Teams that originate from Region 8 or have collaborative partners within Region 8)
- Region 8 CM/QS open team (CM/QS Teams that are NOT from Region 8 or do NOT have collaborative partners from Region 8)
- Region 8 D&B team (D&BTeams that originate from Region 8 or have collaborative partners within Region 8)
- Region 8 D&B open team (D&B Teams that are NOT from Region 8 or do NOT have collaborative partners from Region 8)
