In this competition, participants will focus their efforts on the Maritime Knowledge Hub Development. This groundbreaking project is a key component of the multi-billion-pound Wirral Waters Scheme, an ambitious initiative aimed at transforming the Wirral’s waterfront. The Maritime Knowledge Hub will serve as a dynamic hub for maritime innovation, education, and research.
Participants in this track will face a series of engaging tasks designed to test their skills and knowledge in construction management and estimating. These tasks will require teams to apply their expertise to real-world scenarios, addressing challenges related to budgeting, project scheduling, risk management, and sustainability in construction.
