The 2025 Project Management track, sponsored by Flynn, will be based on the Linked Fit-out at 4 Wilton Park in Dublin. This project involves transforming a prime office space into a tailored environment that reflects the client’s brand and operational needs. Students will be tasked with managing the complexities of a high-profile fit-out, balancing time, cost and quality while coordinating multiple stakeholders. The case highlights the importance of planning, communication and leadership in delivering a successful outcome.
