We’re excited to announce that registration for the ASC Region 8 Student Competition 2025 is now officially open.

Once registered, please ensure the competition entry fee (150 EUR, approx. 175 USD) is paid through ASC’s official student competition payment portal
We are pleased to announce that the 2025 ASC Region 8 International Student Competition will take place in Dublin from 5–7 November 2025. This year’s event will feature four competition tracks: Construction Management and Estimating, Project Management, Design & Build, and Sustainable Valuation and Development.
We’re especially grateful to our generous sponsors for making this international event possible. The main event sponsor is Procore, with individual track sponsorship from Walls Construction (CM), Flynn (PM), Hooke & MacDonald (Sustainable Valuation), and ABM Contractors (Design & Build). We also warmly thank our event sponsors, Clancy and Mitchell McDermott, for their valued support.
We welcome student teams from all ASC regions to participate. As with previous years, international teams (outside Region 8) entering in any track are expected to collaborate with a Region 8 member institution. The Region 8 Director and Director Elect are happy to support any institution that requires assistance in securing a suitable partner. Suggested Accommodations
We are pleased to announce that the recommended accommodation list for ASC Region 8 is now available. You can find the comprehensive list of suggested hotels and lodging options in the attached file.
We are really pleased to say we have arranged and agreed very competitive special ASC rates with the host Hotel The Iveagh Garden and the Hardcourt Hotel so please contact the hotel directly at: reservations@igh.ie and mention ASC or the reservation number #329718 this will assist with the special reduced rates.
We also leave the 2024 accommodation information available for reference if some travellers prefer to stay elsewhere.Â
