The ASC Region 8 International Student Competition 2025 took place from 5–7 November 2025 at The Iveagh Garden Hotel, Dublin, hosted by the School of Surveying and Construction Innovation, Technological University Dublin.

This year’s event brought together over 120 students, 36 visiting coaches, and 32 industry representatives, with a record 22 teams from 15 universities across Europe, the UK and the United States. For the first time, the competition featured four tracks, introducing Sustainable Valuation and Development alongside the established Construction Management & Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Design & Build challenges.

Each team worked on a real-world construction brief, developing strategic proposals on areas such as programme planning, logistics, risk, quality, and estimating before presenting to industry panels. The competition concluded with an awards reception celebrating three days of outstanding collaboration, innovation, and performance.
