The Heritage Walking Tour will last approximately 2-3 hours incorporating about 30 mins walking distance with multiple stops along the way as we take in some of Dublin’s rich architectural heritage and cultural history.
The 2024 Tour route travelled Capel Street, Grattan Bridge, The Sunlight Chambers, City Hall, Leinster House and finished in The Shelbourne Hotel.
The 2025 Tour will travel a new route discovering aspects of Dublin colourful political, social, legislative, banking and ecclesiastical past and present. A bit of the Classical, a bit of the Gothic, a lot of the Irish and something for everyone interested in cultural heritage and the historic built environment.
Note: We hope to access the interiors of some of the buildings we visit, and as such, advance registration / booking is required, i.e. to advise our host buildings of expected numbers. Subject to interest, numbers may have to be restricted.
