Design Build Track

Welcome to the Design and Build Track of the ASC Region 8 2025 Student Competition! sponsored by ABM Contractors. This page serves as a one-stop shop for all the information you need regarding this track.

The 2025 Design & Build track will centre on the proposed Sports Science and Health Building at TU Dublin’s Tallaght Campus. The scheme is intended to provide state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities to support health, fitness and wellbeing. Students will take on the challenge of developing integrated design and construction solutions that address functionality, sustainability and value for money while meeting the needs of a diverse university community.
